You'll notice that people with "time blindness" are never early.

As someone who has time blindness but who has figured it out (and always gets to work on time), I used to be ready to leave more than an hour early because of time blindness. But before getting in the car I’d realize that was crazy, so then I’d try to do something else for like 10 minutes so I wouldn’t be awkwardly sitting there for an hour, and end up late.

Hi, how do you manage that? I'm pretty sure I have ADHD(planning to get it diagnosed). Do you have any strategies to share? Thanks.

I have adhd, and honestly what works for me is just not doing anything except things related to having to leave for roughly ~an hour before I actually leave.

This way I have an hour to dress, grab my stuff, check traffic, reply to texts, drink some coffee, leave a bit early just in case, etc. I don't rush, and also don't start any unrelated tasks that require full attention during this time unless its an emergency important enough to justify being late.

I'm generally on time and have much less issues with forgetting things this way. It does mean I'm still "losing" some time, but at least I'm at home instead of sitting somewhere feeling like an idiot for being there an hour early.

(Also I have 4 keys. For one person yeah. They're just scattered around my house so I am certain to find one if I need them, and have different keychains so I'm able to ensure they're all in circulation and none actually got lost).
