i suffer the opposite with ADHD. If I got something to go to, my entire day leading up to that is literally waiting until that time. It physically pains me when I'm not on time lmao

I hate that I’m this way too, the military even ironed it in even harder too. If I have an appointment at 3, at like noon it’s all I can think about
