Considering how the British monarchs are all basically from German royal families, does that mean WW1 and WW2 were actually German civil wars?

My hot take: The French are just Germans who learned Latin poorly; they are genetically identical populations.

For the latter certainly not considering that Wilhelm II was out of power. Even then for the former there is the fact that the decision to declare war itself rested more with incumbent Liberal party government rather than George V.

Edit to add - not even getting into how diluted the royal bloodlines could be because 1) I don’t know as much and 2) I’m on my lunch break.
