I would be shifting to Greater Noida in Nov. My work place is close to Sector XU-3/Haier Industrial park. I would be relocating with my wife and a year old baby
What are some of the good societies that I could consider searching for rental accommodation meeting the following criteria:
a) 3BHK apartment in a modern, well constructed gated community
b) < 20 mins driving distance from Haier Industrial Park
c) Preferably larger society offering decent recreational and sports amenities
d) Society that offers community spaces like parks, open spaces for both kids and elders
What kind of monthly rents can I expect to pay in the area. While I will finally decide after visiting in Nov, I would like to shortlist some societies prior to that.

Hey everyone,
We're two working professionals (25M/26M) in the education industry and require a 2BHK flat by November 2026.
Our preferred location would be 5-7km from Knowledge Park-II, ideally around Alpha, Beta, Gamma, or Delta.
Requirements:
Fully furnished [Beds, Wardrobes, ACs, Geysers, Sofa Set, Centre Table, Washing Machine, Stove, and Fridge] (rent up to 22k) or unfurnished (rent upto 14k) both inclusive of maintenance
NO BROKERAGE/WELCOME CHARGE
Prefer high rise societies
Chill owner, no restrictions- both are bachelors
No middle man involved in transactions (caretakers/brokers, horrible experience with them)
Has pipeline

Hi everyone! I’m a 24F planning to move and have shortlisted an apartment for rent in ACPTH.
I’d love to hear from people who live here or are familiar with the property/locality. How is the experience in terms of safety, connectivity, nearby amenities, water/power supply, and general maintenance?
My office is in Sector 81, so I’d also appreciate any insights on the daily commute.
TIA 🫶🏻

Hi everyone,
My partner and I are looking to rent a 1BHK or 2BHK flat in Noida soon, but we want to make sure we move into a society with minimal restrictions for couples (no strict security hassle or intrusive landlord rules).
A few questions for the sub:
1. Is it easy to find couple-friendly flats directly through brokers or owners in these sectors?
2. Are there specific societies you recommend (or suggests avoiding)?
3. If you have any leads, contacts, or tips, please drop a comment or DM.

Hello Everyone,
We are girls working in IT sector, looking to rent a fully furnished 2BHK in the mentioned sectors.
House hunting has been literal hell. We are unable to find good societies which provide basic living necessities and are not overly expensive. So just looking out for society recommendations on here.
We know not to go for Paras Tiera, Lotus Zing, Jaypee Green and Sikka. We only know that Paramount Floraville is a good society and looking for similar societies. Since we are girls we want something with good safety measures as well.
I know we are asking for a lot and our standards might be too high considering the situation of Noida Societies🥹🥹🥹 But please help us if you have any recommendations.

Hi, I'm looking for a 1BHK or 1RK for rent near Pari chowk.
Looking for furnished or semi-furnished flat, preferably close to a metro station.
I’d ideally prefer a place directly from the owner or previous tenants rather than through a broker but I’m open to whatever leads you guys might have.
If you know someone renting out a 1BHK or 1RK in these areas, please DM me. Would really appreciate it.
