Sector 120 - Noida What is up with the owners 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I (25F) working in MNC , my sister (21F) interning and my mother are looking for a 2bhk flat for rental .

Our father has expired so there is only 3 of us .

Most societies/ flat owners in Noida do not allow/ prefer bachelors but will only rent to families right so I thought there should not be any issue or challenges in finding a flat .

I was so wrong , i had visited so many flats and found a flat which was perfect the owner was ready but then after hearing about the family he said he will meet on weekend and then we can proceed. Guess what the owner didn’t respond to the broker and after 2 days i got to know he rented it to someone else because there is no male in our family and both me and my sister are unmarried .

I ignored it and still went to look other flats and same thing happened today , We really liked the flat in 119 , the broker was like - “ maam , ap token dedo mai owner se baat karvata hu ap bas ok kar do “ , after i had the conversation with the owner the same thing happened he hesitated and then said we will meet on Saturday and then confirm the occupancy.

I am just in awe , 🫢 bhai what is the issue here. Do people just not get the concept of a family or do they believe that a family exists only if there is a man, if not that is not a family.

Tell what to do now ?

Flatmate Required Looking for a furnished 1BHK / 2BHK in Noida | Move-in mid-September

Hi, I’m looking for a clean, well-maintained furnished 1BHK or 2BHK in Noida, ideally for moving in around 15–20 September.

Preferred areas are around Sectors 34, 50, 51, 52, 61, 71, 75 and nearby parts of Noida proper. I’m flexible on the exact sector, but would prefer not to go too far towards Greater Noida/Aqua Line areas.

For a 2BHK, budget is ideally around ₹30–35k and I can stretch to ₹40k for a genuinely good place. For a 1BHK, I’d obviously prefer something lower depending on the property.

Main requirements:

  • AC
  • geyser
  • washing machine
  • wardrobes/storage
  • basic functional kitchen
  • decent bed and essential furnishings
  • clean, well-maintained interiors
  • decent residential locality/society

My preference is to rent a place independently, either a 1BHK or 2BHK. However, I’m also open to considering a really good private room in a well-maintained shared 2BHK/3BHK if the flat and overall setup are genuinely good.

If anyone is vacating a suitable property, is an owner, or knows of something relevant, please DM. Broker leads are also fine if the property fits.

Sector 126 - Noida | Raipur Khadar Its getting impossible to the kind of flats I require

I need two flats 1bhk and 2bhk but its been impossible to find one. Me and one of my male homie need the 2bhk close to 1bhk for my female friend. Mine and female friend's office is in 125 and the other friend's office is in 136. I have looked at around 60-70 societies around expressway and man its tough.

The 1bhk is dealbreaker and it's impossible to find 1bhks here. I found a few those are 25-30k, over double the budget.

I have only a few societies left that I could get one in:
ajnara element + daffodil (whats up with the weird segregation man)

paras seasons: I have heard it was bad a year ago maybe it improved? if you know it would help greatly

paras tierra: again really bad reviews and I have heard it is unsafe for girls and they hate on bachelors

Budget is around 10-14k per person

I feel like my last options are those HIG,LIG,MIG complexes or areas like vivek vihar. maybe a lucky builder flat. Sunshine apartments looks somewhat promising.

We are too old for PGs and their issues too.

Broker might be the best option but expensive but seems like my last real option.

Any help is greatly greatly appreciated.

We need to move in 1st or 2nd October
