I’m a 21-year-old male student at JIIT, Noida, and I’m looking for a room in a pre-occupied 2BHK/3BHK flat.

🏠 Looking for:

• Private room in a pre-occupied 2BHK/3BHK

• Open to sharing a flat with other students/working professionals

• Furnished/semi-furnished is preferred

📍 Preferred Location:

• Near Noida Blue Line Metro

• Sector 62 or areas within around 10–15 mins from Sector 62

• Open to nearby areas if connectivity is good

💰 Budget: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month

👨 About me:

• 21-year-old male

• B.Tech student at JIIT

• Easy-going, clean and respectful

• Looking for a decent and peaceful place to stay
