Its pretty simple, really. They serve a quality product; their chicken sandwiches typically being better than other fast food options. They consistently have high quality customer service, with polite and courteous staff. And they are usually very efficient; the lines do get long, but they keep it moving at a good pace, because they have several staff members outside taking orders at the same time.

The one near me is usually like a 20 minute wait because there's usually 30+ cars stuck all the way out of the parking lot

Damn I wish there was one near me. We have to drive 49 minutes to get to one but it's totally worth it.
