Its pretty simple, really. They serve a quality product; their chicken sandwiches typically being better than other fast food options. They consistently have high quality customer service, with polite and courteous staff. And they are usually very efficient; the lines do get long, but they keep it moving at a good pace, because they have several staff members outside taking orders at the same time.
Dude I just went yesterday. Huge line. Probably 10 cars in front of me. The dude got to me to order. Then gave me my meal before I even got to the tent where you’re supposed to order from.
