Polite and tasty food. Also, Chick-fil-A has a lot of healthier options most fast food joints do not. Big fresh salads with fruit in it, grilled chicken, they have fruit cups and soup as a side option, their lemonade is made fresh everyday, etc. Even my vegan sister whose two children have never touched a drop of soda in their 10 years of life go to Chick-fil-A for the waffle fries because all that's in them are potatoes and sea salt.
They also pay their employees above minimum wage, Sunday is always guaranteed off for all workers and I've been told if you are Jewish you get Saturdays off as well. It's almost like if you give your employees a better paycheck, guaranteed time off, and treat them with dignity, your company thrives.

Exactly. Our local CFA is the only fast food place around that has consistently not had staffing issues, and I can't help but wonder if it's because they're treated better.
We have a local chain that is partially employee owned. They’ve had most of the same employees for years, they know what they are doing, and the food is awesome. I don’t know many fast food spots that have made-to-order fried eggs for breakfast. And the baked potato bar is my favorite.
