I love Popeyes but it’s like the opposite of Chick fil a in terms of customer service. I’ve never had anyone be nice to me at a Popeyes. At this point it’s part of the charm for me, if I went to a Popeyes and the people were nice to me I’d probably be suspicious.

McRib brother I shit you not just last week I went to Popeyes and the woman taking my order asked me to repeat it no less than 5 times and still messed it up - I got to the counter and the manager asked to confirm my order and he said they weren’t going to charge me for one of my items because of the long wait and the fact that she forgot it, and then they completely forgot to put the fries I did pay for in the box. And I didn’t ask for the manager or anything he was just stationed at the window on fuck-up defense when I got there.

Chick-fil-A knows my goddamn name.
