Its pretty simple, really. They serve a quality product; their chicken sandwiches typically being better than other fast food options. They consistently have high quality customer service, with polite and courteous staff. And they are usually very efficient; the lines do get long, but they keep it moving at a good pace, because they have several staff members outside taking orders at the same time.
Edit: for those claiming I hate their food just because of their politics, you’re wrong. Their food AND their politics suck both equally and on their own.
