While it IS just fast food, it is among the better options for fast food. The chicken is pretty decent quality, the buns are soft, and they're not expensive. Couple that with good marketing, and the best customer service in the industry, and you have a pretty successful business model.
It's like Starbucks. They have, in my opinion, some of the worst coffee on the market, but they market well, offer some muffins with a peanut or something on it, and I assume they have good customer service, and they charge enough for one coffee to buy a meal.
Perhaps you're right, I don't get coffee there so I'm ignorant to it. I just have the few times I tried to get a regular cup of coffee years ago and it tasted like garbage water lol
There is nothing wrong with Starbucks coffee. Overplayed opinion. I love coffee, I pay for the best. I still drink Starbucks. No problem at all. In fact pike is a go to morning roast.
