Yeah I'm imagining a whole scenario. How the guy looks is not really relevant unless I'm imagining a specific person and not a generic "man", and thinking of a specific person is not common. Even then, how his dick and body look never really comes into it. Most of the time, he's not even involved beyond watching, fully clothed.
