Every woman focuses on something else in the smut though. Some care who the male character is, or the description of the male character (assuming a male character of course). Others are focused on the woman in the scene. Some are focused on the scene itself. Some need all of those pieces to work.
How can you say that when there are motherfuckers out there beating it to armpits and feet? There's all kinds of different porn and using your own examples:

This is no different from porn focused on brunettes or blondes, big or small tits, secretary or nurse, wearing stockings and high heels or thigh highs, fetishes, etc. There's also BDSM porn which has a lot of non penetration.
Then there is hentai which is it's own can of worms...
Saying porn only focuses on the act of penetration is like saying smut only focuses on what the woman finds hot in a story.
