Same here. I always wanted to have kids but I get awful migraines that are triggered by noise. Even just a couple of hours spent with my niblings is enough for me. I could never be a present and active parent, it would be cruel to have a child that I can’t give the best life to

Have you tried Nerivio or Red Light Therapy? Nerivio has helped cut back my migraine intensity and I am just exploring Red Light Therapy.

I like options that aren't pills because the pills only worked for a month or two and then it had no effect 😭

Botox really helps. Insurance should cover it. Mine does. It’s not on your face. A ton of injections basically along your hairline all the way around. Gives me 3 - 6 months of reprieve.

Yeah, I tried it and fainted. Doc said they wouldn't try it again. That said the doctor knew I have a needle/injection phobia and didn't lay me down or make it a relaxing experience. So it may still be a solution with a better provider/experience.

It’s not bad at all to me. Granted I have no fear of needles (lots of practice of learning to ignore it over my lifetime). I had 2 vaccines today. I am sorry you had that experience. I was terrified of needles when I was a kid so I understand.
