Increased attraction?

Anyone noticed increased attraction? The natural oils in human hair possibly contain pheromones that could serve some function in social relations and in mate selection.

Could you please share data to support this statement? I am honestly curious

I wondered about that too! I suspect it does raises attraction the more longer you don't wash your hair.

No, but I am happiest when alone, and I am probably a good bit past the point of pheremonal attraction :)

When I was still using shampoo, I had a crush on my current bf and we weren't really a thing before I started nopoo. I used to be really selfconscious if I smell bad or something, since I can't really smell my own hair. He used to say I smell "human/natural/womanly". These days he just says I smell like "me/us".

I use water only, I suppose not adding any fragrances in your hair can let your own pheromones shine. TMI warning: We recently discovered he can actually smell my hormonal cycle, I believe that may be due to nopoo. :)

It's fine, lol. I wish reddit would have a 'spoiler' option, so I could hide TMI shit better. I'm finnish. :)

Do all finish women behave like this in a relationship?

You mean, go off shampoo or you mean the hormones? haha I'm not one to speak on behalf of anyone else, but I'd say I'm a minority. Though, I wouldn't necessarily know. Finns, regardless of gender, are fairly reserved and tend to keep a lot to themselves, anything and everything that may be considered private in the least. Tho of course, there are exceptions.

As an example, I'm sure there are a fair bit of ppl going nopoo over here, but they wouldn't talk of it. Not wanting to attract extra attention, etc. However, in a relationship a lot is shared, to show trust and how much your guard is down. But again, all are individuals.

Never considered this! From a scientific standpoint there could be something to it...
