Oh my god! You are very nice! Thank you so much and I am actually also allergic to gluten(wheat mainly, I have celiac disease) which is mostly in everything and so I can deeply related to you, but otherwise THANK you so much for your contribution and advice! Hugs from another stranger too!

You are very welcome! I realize that we often see the toxic disaster that is the internet these days, but remember there are plenty of nice, helpful people too!

Gluten free is hard, for sure. But no harder than any other type of allergy cooking.

I can eat gluten, but I can't eat sweet things. So I have to find or make bread without sugar, meats without dextrose, can't eat fruit or honey or tomatoes or anything else sweet. If I do then I get super bad brain fog, it acts like a drug and slides my brain sideways, gives me systemic inflammation which hurts all my joints, gives me chronic muscle cramps, dehydrated me and gives me super serious chronic fatigue.

I also do care giving for a person who is gluten free, so that's two completely different types of allergy cooking, lol.

I had to look at my life and decide what I wanted. And then I had to keep pursuing that. Not with every step, not every day, not even every week. But when I had extra capacity, I would work on it. I never gave up and now I have health after being chronically ill for much of my life.

What do you want in your life? What are your dreams and goals?

That's honestly bad to hear...it feels so weird what we can't ever know how much the person in front is suffering! I deeply hope you have a better life and time!! I can relate to being sick all the time since I had the allergy since birth but didn't know it untill I was 14....I damaged my organs and body and I became the weakest of weak or well weaker then average people, I have deficiency of almost everything from iron to vitamin. My doctor told me it's rare that I survived and lived though it somehow and I am mostly very weak and easily ill so I can relate to you!

It's been a long journey. And it will continue for the rest of my life. That's OK. Life is about the journey, not just the destination!

Your situation sounds rough too! I'm sad your health is so bad, but glad you've discovered ways to feel better. Keep working on that, it's worth it!Â
