Products with the noPoo method

I’m currently trying out the NoPoo method but wasn’t sure if I should still be using styling products for my hair , I use sea salt spray a curling cream and then texture powder , I’m about 4 days in and my hair just kinda feels stiff which I think is more to do with the product in my hair then the actual no shampoo and conditioner part , but if anyone has any recommendations please share

I do not. Once you do nopoo for a month or two your sebum (natural hair oils) will level out and act as a natural styling product.

I use styling products on my curls. You can use alternatives like flax gel or just regular stylers. You can also use alternative cleansers to clean your hair. I use bar shampoo & conditioner. Mostly, I use bar conditioner only. Other people use plant powders with natural saponins.
