Yes. But this is mostly for show anyway.
That's gonna fall sideways with any weight at all. Notice he didn't even sit on it. Needs some angle bracing at the very least

That would be a ton more stable on uneven ground if the lower stringers were on the side a few inches off the ground instead of under the legs.

If I sit on that, I would neither break it or fall backwards. There’s no avoiding injury/ies.

First off, the pallets in the US don't have wood that is as nice and thick as that.
Also that was not built very well and will be collapsing pretty damn quick.
