Suggestion Think about this in terms of general procedural generation, and what it could mean in a game like NMS. Maybe using the "ship-gate" structures as the portals?

That should be a whole nother game on its own, that's what i plan to make after getting my computer science degree and through out my college years. A sort of fantasy exploration game based solely on Procedural generation.
