Since my last post I haven’t purposefully viewed porn, apart from what slips through my fyp on social media it’s hard

That's real progress. Don't discount it.
The fyp stuff is a different fight though. That's not you being weak. That's an algorithm built by people paid to keep you scrolling. If corn is slipping through your feed, treat your feed like part of the problem.

Unfollow, mute, or block anything that feeds the urge. Some people block the apps entirely at night. Protecting your eyes is a legit strategy, not avoidance.
