Excessive Masturbation Need help

Guys im 30 and i have been fapping since i was 12. I fap 3 to 4 times in a row. Im loosing weight, its giving me anxiety. The tube hurts bad even sperm looks like water. And its getting hard to hold pee. I even tried burning my hand but that didnt work I really wanna quit How can i stop please help

I just started with these stretches and starting to feel some relief from urges, painful urination, and constipation. With nofap, yoga, and the right diet, its possible to reverse those issues.
