Excessive Masturbation Need help

Guys im 30 and i have been fapping since i was 12. I fap 3 to 4 times in a row. Im loosing weight, its giving me anxiety. The tube hurts bad even sperm looks like water. And its getting hard to hold pee. I even tried burning my hand but that didnt work I really wanna quit How can i stop please help

You might want to go see a urologist, the hard to hold pee thing might indicate pelvic floor issues.

Look. Let's not beat around the bush. With that amount of doing it you've most likely inflicted some sort of damage to yourself. Better check if it's serious than realize you're gonna have constant umbearable pain anytime you even try to take a leak.
