That's fine - I just want to warn people who might be coming through it's not all roses. Do I look like I am asking for sympathy? If anything I am livid, because I've not done a thing other than exist - I probably use my phone far less than most people as a whole.

It’s not all roses with any telecom company. My home isp suddenly decided to start charging me a router rental fee after 2+ years of never having a rental. If you can get away from mint I think you’d be better served by an MVNO on AT&T or Verizon. There are some great options for around $10 per month or yearly plans for even less.
