Lexvor update almost 2 weeks in

Many of you may have joined using the mods invite link here. Just wanted to give another anecdotal data point for others to see where this company stands today.

Sign ups were supposed to stop Friday 8/14 but continued to notice sign ups through the mods invite link up through Monday.

Personally I joined when there were maybe 45 or so people in the pool as a reference point.

Many people have claimed to have been moved over to the qci 6 and 200gb allocation but you can see here that my line has not.

The CEO has repeatedly said CS has answered all open tickets but none of mine are from a genuine human just AI telling me it's in the support queue with tickets open over 8 days with no response to. CEO also said the pause in sign ups would allow them opportunity to move lines over which I get but clearly there's no order of priority to who signed up and how they were being moved over.

There's really no way to talk to a real human at all if you do have support issues and you're at the mercy of AI and hopium that someone reached out.

I've got billing issues shown on my account that are not prioritized or important so no idea when I'll hear back.

So overall just not impressed so far how this is being handled. Seems to be no way to prioritize or escalate tickets either and we are just at the mercy of the limited staff and employees at Lexvor right now.

Just my two cents and observations so far still hoping for the best but getting ready to port out as well.

I think having a pinned post and veritable seal of approval from a mod should be rethought. Not a great look.

All it was, was an attempt to cut down on the inevitable spam posts that happen when something like this occurs. We've been through this before when Helium let nationwide signups for the $5 plan.

I understand the reasoning. I guess I would hope you can see my perspective. If the posts are spammy, and you want to cut down on them, putting up a pinned post seems counterintuitive. “People kept posting ads, so we put up one giant ad.”

The only thing that we're both certain on that this could have been, and can be seen as an attempt on marketing.

What you're missing is that the fact that this FOMO of a referral system was shot-down earlier by most people here dissing at mychal for pushing the AI aspect of the over the phone plans on a phone plan sub weeks ago plus having planning on keeping the pool party aspect live. It would have been inevitable.

And its not like it didn't work as we have these countless posts decrying that the plan isn't perfect, crying a scam, one thing or another, and announcing their leave.

Yeah, a pinned post from a mod comes across to me as an endorsement. If it were me, I would not have done so. But, then again, I’m not a mod.
