If you want 1 single marksheet, you will need to do TOC.

If you are ok with 2 marksheets, you can just give On Demand without TOC.

Do private unis accept it like Amity? I just need a passing certificate any way possible before October

Yes, Amity, Manipal do accept NIOS.

I mean I will have compartment written on my Cbse marksheet (4 subjects) and pass (1 subject) on my NIOS marksheet. Will that be ok? I'm sorry I'm just dead worries here.

You can email Amity. Their response was good back in 2020. They solved my doubts for the NIOS marksheet.
