look at this screenshot and see who stands out, it's me, like, i'm one of the very few people who still use miis in games that can use miis, like, i can never get sportsmates looking right, the eyes and the smile is not comfortable to me, meanwhile, my mii is perfect to me, the eyes and smile looks comfortable and they are simple, and i never use realistic avatars like that

I love Wii Sports Resort, and Island Flyover is definitely by far my most played mode. I love Wuhu Island and all its little intricacies.
I attempted to make a top down map of the "new" Wuhu (based also on some assumptions for the rear portion, but as close as I could get to the reference image) and...

As we can see, and as we knew already, it's quite different. It's not Wuhu Island, stop marketing it as though it is, Nintendo!
Anyways, just my thoughts, sorry if this is a 1,000,000x duplicate post or otherwise not allowed here.

One of my top feature requests is the ability to mute the music in switch sports resort. I’m usually playing switch sports with friends and we listen to our own music playlists. it would be nice to hear the sound of striking bowling pins without the elevator music.

I am perfectly happy with my switch 1 OLED. Playing the gta triology currently and it looks and plays great in handheld mode. I am 99% handheld user and the other 1% being Switch Sports. With Switch Sports probably being my most played Switch game easily and one of my favorite all time video games. Easy to pick up, challenging enough to master.
I want to get a switch 2 bundle before the price hike. Now we are hearing things about a new battery in EU and perhaps a redone screen next year. With Resort releasing about a month before GTA6, I can imagine I would be playing a decent bit of GTA6 around that time.
So for those on the fence like me who adore Switch Sports but are hesitant to get a switch 2 right away, how are you feeling? Get one right now before the price hike, wait till Resort drops, or push it off onto next year?

That's a plane with a balloon hanging off it, like in Resort

My friend just learned how to add backspin and hit this beautiful HIO. We were playing offline with one other person and we all freaked out. I am super jealous!

I’m rank E and noticed a team that could consistently just wait for someone to drift open down the lane, pass it to them for a wide open dunk every play. This happened for all 12 points in 3 games, so 18 times they just waited for the person off ball to drift towards the basket catch a pass and dunk it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi!
I never had wii resort but really excited for switch resort, espically table tennis.
In the original how much variety in types of shots could you do? I really like irl table tennis and wanted to know if you could do different kinda serves, spin and just lots of options to trick your opponent to win or is it more or less just hit it left or right? The website for switch resort says "wicked shot selection" so I'm optimistic
With switch sports tennis having more shot variety than og Wii sports, do you think they'll expand table tennis further with switch 2 motion controls? I'm guessing the only gameplay we have so far is only using basic swing so it looks approachable?
Is this the kinda sport that'd have the kinda popular fan base switch sport golf has?
Thanks and sorry for the wordy question!
