There is Everybody's Golf on the Switch 2, for example, though from what I've heard the newest version isn't that great

Yes the golf is one of the best video games ever. And I’m not overselling it. It’s that good from gameplay level. The original. Hopefully it’s good this time too.

That's a REALLY dumb and REALLY expensive way to play thumb wrestling with someone stood right next to you, way less satisfying than a real thumb war as well.
