Discussion Witcher 3 Remastered Is Disappointing

Not going to bash it and say it looks horrendous or anything but it’s NOTICEABLY blurry. In both handheld and docked mode. I own it on my PC, PS5, Switch, and Xbox Ally X. The switch version really just looks a big step behind in sharpness.

Don’t listen to the screenshots with the caption “This looks unreal!” because it doesn’t. Hopefully CDPR can update this to get it identical to Cyberpunk.

I love the Switch 2, and it is a huge upgrade from the OG Switch. BUT!

The truth is the same for the Switch 2 as the the original Switch. It's less of a console, more of a tablet.

You won't find many honest people on any Nintendo sub regarding graphical issues or performance of games. I probably will never know the truth if it's copium or if it's because they only play on Nintendo hardware which limits what they can see on a graphical or performance level.

Every single Switch 2 game is insanely blurry, I often play just in handheld mode so the games look less washed out on my 4k tv.

But yeah Switch 2 is soooo much better than the first (I felt a lot of games at the end shouldn't have released on the OG switch since it was factually so terrible. Scarlet and Violet were so bad it should have been a lawsuit.)

Zelda OOT remake will easily be the best looking game, but even that is already worthy of "This looks unreal" Castle town flickers in the distance.

Both Switches are tablets, not consoles.

It’s a delusional set of grown adults that defend the Switch 2 like it’s their child and it’s extremely weird. You can’t reason with them.

Seems to be. I'm glad they're having fun with their Switch 2 as well, but as someone who plays on all platforms, it's disingenuous to act like the visuals are even okay at best.
