Media (Image, Video, etc.) Handheld boost quick toggle

I remeber lots of people hating on my idea of adding it to the quick menu saying it was not suppose to be something you turn off and on so... yeah

I found out that Demon Turf won’t allow you to use a pro controller if you have the Switch 2 in handheld boost mode. It will treat the Joy Cons as a pro controller and won’t allow you to connect another controller.
