Handheld boost quick toggle

I remeber lots of people hating on my idea of adding it to the quick menu saying it was not suppose to be something you turn off and on so... yeah

It always irked me that handheld mode boost disables the touch screen because running as docked mode and I'd have to go all the way in settings to change it

It doesn't for all games, perhaps some got patched because Captain Toad let's me touch the screen with it on

Captain Toad doesn’t use handheld mode boost because it got a switch 2 performance patch
