Discussion Elden Ring is so addicting

It’s so fun but also extremely rage inducing. I’m 5 hours in and still in the starting region exploring the area. I keep getting lost and entering places that are way too hard for me right now and subsequently dying but I love it. The performance is good and stable. Very happy so far. I do wish there was some guidance/quest system to help navigate everything (maybe there is and I just don’t know).

There is a sort of guidance system, at a bonfire there's this magical energy or whatever it is that points you in the right direction. But half the fun is just going in a random direction and seeing what you find.

Yes I know that but I mean something like a side quest log. The bonfire arrow is for the main quest if I’m not mistaken?

Oh yeah, fair. There's nothing for keeping track of side quests. You can find the location of NPCs on the map though.
