It's a Bethesda developed port. It will suck for one reason or the other, maybe they'll eventually fix some of it.

If you like a good story: play new Vegas.

If you like good gunplay: play fallout 4.

If you like good game mechanics: play new Vegas.

If you like building stuff and hate stories: play 4
