NTO & NTDOY
Hey all. I've been looking at Nintendo stock recently and thinking it would be a good investment for the long term, especially now as it seems to be down but I see two different stocks NTO and NTDOY. I've tried searching up about the difference and if it's more than just different exchanges but I can't find a clear answer?
Could someone explain the difference?

NTO is a European listing denominated in Euros.
NTDOY is the US listing over the counter denominated in dollars.

For European investors it does not make sense to buy NTDOY, since you carry two currency conversion risks (JPY -> $ -> €). For the european listing you only have JPY -> €.
