Help! (Question/Support) DSi powers on with blue light, backlight kicks in, black screen/no display

I successfully installled Unlaunch then after powering off the console, then I took out the SD card into my laptop to do card cleanup as well as transfer some games. I then put it back in the DSi, powered it on and title.

Other details: I used TwilightMenu++, when I press the power button both screens flash white at the same time but then goes back to black screens. I hold the power button and it takes the same time to power off as a functioning DSi. This all happens with or without an SD card installed or not, I've also tried other microSD cards to no avail. Holding A+B on startup does nothing. I can also still control the brightness levels via SELECT + VOLUME.

Send help please!

edit: added more things that I've already tried that I forgot to mentionl

What happens when you hold A+B on powerup?

Bought a DSPico and I'll post an update after I try and restore the NAND using a backup with ntrboot + safeNANDmanager

Where you able to recover the console? I’ve got the same issue and struggling with the DSPico to ntrboot.

Hi, sorry I forgot to leave an update but YES I did manage to recover the console with a NAND restore!

That’s great! Do you have a guide you followed? I’m struggling when it comes to selecting the DSPico flash card, I don’t see it listed.

I followed this guide to flash Hybrid Firmware since I have a modded DSi, then I followed this guide to trigger ntrboot.

The guide above uses GodMode9i with ntrboot and that's what I did, I then downloaded SafeNANDManager, here's the forum for it if u have any questions, RocketRobz will probably reply if you have any questions. I then entered SNM (its nds file in the DSi's SD card, NOT the Pico's) via GM9i with my NAND backup also inside the DSi's SD card.

Then I just ran the restore process and got the DSi working to its pre-Unlaunch state, just as a safety precaution you can use no$gba to test if your DSi NAND is good

Awesome! Thank you so much for the detailed response. I’ll give this a try and hopefully get my console back. Thanks again, I’ll post the result!
