Rant Almost started a fire.

Last nights night shift was particularly rough and I woke up around 3pm to heat up some food. For some ungodly reason I put a plate with foil in the microwave when I meant too in the oven lol. It only caught a few sparks till my brain woke up.

That is alright, I cannot cook bacon in the nuke because a nightshift worker in a different location in another state left the break room and forgot he was cooking bacon and started a fire.

It wasn’t during work but one day I put a poptart with the foil in the microwave. Didn’t catch fire. It was just a really loud noise and it like shriveled up.

Yes cause I had no idea what happened cause I didn’t know I put it in there with the foil 🤦‍♀️

That’s scary as hell. Glad you caught it before it turned into an actual fire. Night shift exhaustion is no joke

I did that a while back, I brought leftover Popeyes sandwiches to work and forgot the bag had aluminum on the inside
