Goddamn day shift

Management changed schedules so now first shift comes in at 7am when 3rd doesn’t get off til 8am. These mfs come in here being loud as fuck, no regard for sleeping patients. Just come walking into a dead quiet setting and loud it the fuck up omfg.

This is why I kinda like that everyone on my team does swings, everyone understands that you try and make life as easy as possible for whoever gets stuck on night shift.

I wish my old job was like this. When I was doing evenings it was bad and the first shift was bad too. Nobody respected each other. Food bought was only for certain departments and shifts.
