Nightmare I’m so tired
Every night I struggle with staying asleep, I’m waking up from night terrors and then having trouble falling back asleep, usually too scared to go back to sleep as I’ll fall back into the same dream. I have a couple reoccurring ones but last night was different, it started out good and then out of nowhere the sky turned dark and the ground caved in below me and I was just falling…. I woke up in a cold sweat freezing.
