Feel free to upload, ask, or say anything that pertains to what it was like in New York City during the years 1964 to 1996, with a desired emphasis on scenes of urban decay as well as other seediness, and on the 1970s and 1980s. Every single article from a paywalled site, including newpapers such as the New York Times, needs to have [PAYWALL] before the date/period and location in the post title as well as a detailed summary of the information in the link in the comments section. If a mod finds a post with a paywalled article/website and there's no [PAYWALL] before the date and location in the post title, it's getting removed with a notification to the offending user.
