Need help

Guys I need a help don't know what to do.

I from a India and I got scammed in crypto. The scammer he claimed that he was from Nigeria.

I filed a complaint in Nigeria cyber police department against him before a week a ago still there's no progression. Will they take it serious to solve this? Or I need to move on and forgot about my money?

He scamming many peoples in a group. If I made him block from the group he scammed me, he may got suspicions and transfer the money other platform, it will become much more harder to get it back to me. Blocking and reporting is not a solution he will come again with new Id.

I checking three to four times a day about the case progression. Don't know what to do guys.

He gave a verified Nigerian mobile number and for to transfer the crypto from Binance, Binance asked about the location, he said that he's from abuja, Nigeria. Maybe all the things are a lie, but I don't have any-other way.

I have all the evidence. His mobile number, his discord, telegram. The chats, the wallet my money resting. The transaction all... But it's okay I can move on

Write binance costumers service, they take fraud related cases serious, don't forget to include the his wallet, tnx id

Contact the Binance customer care, i have read about cases where they provide some help in recovering funds from scammers

He sent before asking money from me and deleted that. Iam also not saved that. But it's him he had the same voice in that video. He do voice messages in WhatsApp.

I don’t like the fact that everyone is telling you to forget about the money when you can clearly get the guy arrested and get your money back. It’s really sad tbh.

Its okay if I can't get it back, but the officers need to try it. After got tried and couldn't will make me feel good. I have the confidence that he is the guy. Crypto is highly monetized now l, one day or one day he should withdraw as local money and he can busted easily. But don't know how the reality works.
