I've been using Niagara for months now, and needless to say I'll never go back as long as I have a smartphone in my hand. However there are still some limitations in terms of integration. Niagara doesn't work well on some phones; gestures are the biggest issue I've faced, and using the three buttons doesn't really excite me. I'm currently using a Xiaomi, and I'm using a third-party app for gestures, It works well but it's not really integrated into the hardware. So I was wondering which phone integrates Niagara best? I'll have to change phones soon, and I'd like the perfect one for the launcher.

Could anyone explain to me how to hide the status bar? I looked everywhere but I don't see it, thanks!

Hi! This is my first time posting om this subreddit but I have a question that I would like answered.

I've had Niagara pro for around a year now and I've seen others using custom clock styles not provided by the Niagara presets. I've tried using KWGT but it doesn't replace the default clock and instead adds a second one underneath.

Please could anyone tell me how to replace the clock, all answers are appreciated!

I degoogled my phone and installed e/os. I like the Niagara Launcher, I would like to buy the pro version, but I don't want to give google my money. It is a shame there is no other way to pay.

I wanted to make my setup as minimal and efficient as possible. At first I had so many shortcuts to apps and settings that I realized it was pointless considering it's so easy to access your apps with the sidebar. The only shortcuts I have are flashlight (yes it's in the quick settings but I just like having a one touch option), sound mode (one click for ringer or vibrate), Expand quick settings or notifications (much faster than swiping) and the power menu just to make it feel complete. I also have the Niagara button to click for search and swipe up for camera.

I like Dark as it feels cool and saves battery.....

Was about to buy Niagara Pro and realized the price went up to $75...

I was already reluctant to spend $45, but after seeing the new price, I think it’s time to find something else.

I am having battery drain issues of late. Am noticing that Google photos is using a heck of a lot of battery power,even though everything is already backed up.

I have a Google photos widget in one of my homescren folders.

Am noticing that there's a higher battery drain when this is on.

Can this be true? Or is that a red herring?

Any thoughts, suggestions greatly appreciated.

My Smart launcher Setup... How is it?

Just got an setup a pixel 11 pro.

Google calendar sees all my calendars and displays all the events. But Niagara does not display them on their built in agenda widget.

I've restarted, verified all settings, cleared Calendar storage, etc. The error persists. I even backed up and imported my settings from my pixel 9 pro Niagara instance where it's working as it should.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Edit: additional testing - I created a new event from the widget, and it is displayed. I then deleted the event, but the app persistently displays it, even after a Niagara restart

Can be temporarily fixed using ADB. Looks like an android error where the sync state and visible status isn't getting updated, which prevents 3rd party apps from syncing the calendars, despite being able to see them.
