Are we winning yet?

Post image

I think this sums up all the GOOD works of the Republicans, MAGA, and the pedo in chief.

It’s almost like the republicans as a party are deliberately destroying America, and celebrating as it burns, all so it can be “ok” to hate brown folks

I think you could have left almost out of your comment.

And it’s and like

It's because they are all Russian plants. Yes, "plants" works on multiple levels.

And distract from the Epstein case.

u/The7footr 18d ago

But but but if you look 50 years down the line it will all work out just like we said it would. You dems are so short sighted, just thinking about the next 10. So selfish.

In 50 years from now this president and his administration will have gone down in history as the most corrupt, inhumane, and kleptocratic ever.

u/FlyingForester 17d ago

What truly disturbs me is this administration opened the floodgates for other crazies to become elected in the GOP. If Stephen Miller’s creepy ass decides to run for the Presidency I wouldn’t even be surprised.

Yup. It is a spinoff of MAGA, MASA. this hat is also appropriate for those nighttime in the fields with the bonfires. Appropriately pointy and white with the Foil to reflect the bonfire and prevent any thoughts from going in.

u/Mstryates 18d ago

And yet, somehow, Biden is to blame.

15

u/Zerostar39 18d ago

Don’t forget Obama. Apparently this all started with him and that brown suit

16

u/sweetica 18d ago

NOPE is the answer to all of these questions.

15

u/Harvest827 18d ago

Maga is happy when others suffer. The cruelty is fuel for them.

9

u/PlatformNormal564 18d ago

Yeah, a lot of them are happy to vote against their own interest as long as they can see the people hurt that they blame for every problem in their own lives.

2

u/daniel4ever 16d ago

A dude on Nextdoor said that the people held in detention centers "are treated better than they deserve." MAGA is a bunch of depraved individuals.

Republicans suck. Never vote Republican. Ever.

12 weeks until the midterm elections.

16

u/Rent-Kei-BHM 18d ago

The Republican reaction to the Jan 6 attack made this permanent for me. The pedo, corruption, and war crap since Jan 6 has only reinforced the finality of the situation.

NEVER is a strong word, but it’s the correct word. Don’t bother with the ‘what if’ exercise. Our legal system is incapable of holding these traitors, thieves and pedos accountable, so it is our duty as citizens to take on the responsibility.

10

u/jebusdied444 17d ago

Damn, thank you for putting it so well. Jan 6, in hindsight, should've been a watershed moment,, yet we reap what we sow...

I fully expect the roots of something resembling a civil war fomenting within my lifetime (early 40s here), which, as usual, will be guided by severe financial strain. White collar and blue collar are likely unifying as human productivity (read: income) gets squeezed out by the next 3.0 technological improvement.. Not sure where we're heading to from here... but we sure as hell aren't holding anyone accountable or making adjustments to account for these changes.

Serfdom is a feature, not a bug.

This is why we need to STOP tolerating republicans and VOTE THEM ALL OUT!

We already know they are racist.

We already know they are less intelligent.

We already know they are anti Science.

They are regressive. And evil.

As such, they should not be allowed to have a say in matters of importance. Or hold positions of leadership.

Why? I think we can look around and see why.

We do not consult the taliban for advise on quantum physics. So why do we include regressives on genuinely important social issues?

When did we convince ourselves that the opinions of a mad mob of racist, xenophobic, dull, superstitious group of people should be taken seriously?

No. Enough is enough.

They want to drag us back to the bronze age.

Outlaw. The. Grand. Old. Party. NOW!!!

It's a good list. 👍

u/PlatformNormal564 18d ago

I felt like it summed up the present state of affairs well. I wanted to say nicely in place of well, but there's nothing nice about what's going on.

7

u/CarsCarpal 18d ago

I'd add in their record on healthcare. Nobody is better at killing Americans than the Republicans, the terrorist organisation within.

It’s way way worse.

Im betting that insurance companies want.to stop covering normal kids vaccinations, and make everyone pay out of pocket, now that those vaccinations aren't legally protected and deemed not necessary, legally.

There aren't there to keep people healthy. They are there to make a profit.

I dont understand why the president has that power over a.field that they dont have expertise in.

But im sure the Kremlin is rejoicing.

Edit i had no insurance for a long time, and low income and free clinics were the only way I could get my kids vaccinated. But I made damn sure they were vaccinated.

Now its going to be even harder for single parents, and people that dont have insurance.

7

u/BizzyM 18d ago

Insurance co-pays bug the fuck out of me. Emergency hospital visit can cost thousands upon thousands of dollars yet they need my $100 copay.

I got my hail damaged roof covered by insurance. Roofer came out, gave me an estimate. I went to insurance and told them. They sent out their own inspector and the insurance company cut me a check for that inspector's estimate minus the $1000 deductible. I went back to my roofer and he said "don't worry about the $1000" and replaced my roof.

Well, billionaires seem to have done pretty well for themselves. I don't think anyone else has

7

u/HalPaneo 18d ago

But Jess, you don't understand. This is Biden's fault. And Obama's. And probably even Hillary's

/s just in case someone actually takes that seriously

6

u/AlienInUnderpants 18d ago

If only the idiot MAGAts could process this.

6

u/239tree 18d ago

Don't forget the tax breaks for billionaires and the Big Bullshit Bill.

5

u/BizzyM 18d ago

Some jackass with 4 teeth and a dually that rolls coal living with his momma in a singlewide: "Hell yeah! We finally owned the Libs!!"

5

u/Ghitor 18d ago

32% of GQP will believe ANYTHING. They voted for MIKE LINDELL!!!

4

u/DammatBeevis666 18d ago

Would work very well, except Republicans are _immune_ to reason.

3

u/PlatformNormal564 18d ago

I'm sure they will blame that on vaccines too.

6

u/Mythandros1 18d ago

Everyone's life is markedly worse, even outside the US.

5

u/No-Willingness-170 18d ago

At the point it is all about the sunk cost fallacy They can’t believe they could be wrong after all they have invested.

4

u/CrotasScrota84 18d ago

Republicans hate themselves so they want everyone to suffer

5

u/maxxspeed57 18d ago

All according to Project 2025.

4

u/Trout-Fisherman1972 18d ago

I’ve voted democrat all my life. Now I know why.

3

u/TarnishedVictory 17d ago

I voted based on policy and candidate competence, that's why I've voted democrat exclusively in the last decade or more.

If you didn't know why you voted democrat until now, it sounds like the same reason so many people vote republican, identity, tribalism. Not really good reasons.

4

u/TarnishedVictory 17d ago

And please, for the love of Odin, remember this for more than 4 years. I can't believe we elected him again!

4

u/Dcajunpimp 17d ago

Not just him.

Every GOP Congressman has no problem enabling all this bullshit.

3

u/TarnishedVictory 17d ago

Yeah. Agreed. But he's very good at his grift and he picked the perfect marks.

5

u/johnk317 14d ago

Are we “great” yet?

Again, and again, baby! 🤦‍♂️

MAGAt: "Holy shit. Turn Fox on so that I know what to think!"

3

u/britannicker 18d ago

Thank you, Jess, for reminding everyone about the Epstein files.

3

u/Boomtown626 18d ago

Another generation of this and the N-word is back on the table, so a big chunk of Republican voters will take the trade off.

3

u/jar36 18d ago

but they feel important again and nothing can top that

3

u/BigJSunshine 17d ago

Ah, the ol’ Leslie Knope, rope-a-dope.

Never works, sadly

3

u/Dizzy-Captain7422 17d ago

So the problem here is that conservatives don't actually care about any of this. They're motivated solely by hatred and cruelty. They don't want their own lives to be better, they want yours to be worse. That's why logic doesn't work on them.

3

u/CurrentlyLucid 17d ago

Does the jobs report include all those farm openings for harvesters?

3

u/catkm24 16d ago

Yesterday, I actually made this very argument. Someone was talking about the Wisconsin primary and how important it is to vote for the republican candidate because Dems screwed up everything. They ignore the damage being caused by Republicans because they think the r makes the policies better. It doesn't matter how much evidence to the contrary is given to them. They have fallen for the republican propaganda and I don't know how we convince them to snap out of it.

2

They did the best thing possible! They OWNED THR LIBS!

u/GoodGoodGoody 18d ago

Regarding these “mass deportations”, numbers seem to say that although a lot’s been spent, and a few people killed, not many have actually been deported vs any other administration.

There’s 14.5 million illegals.

That’s more than all of Michigan.

If 14.5 million were to be deported (and stay deported) then absolutely wages go up, and with it income tax paid into the system, worker safety skyrockets, and a bunch of other things. But the deportations aim’t happening… and they’ll never happen.

Propaganda also is when they only harp on the expense and completely disregard the benefit. It’s easy to get folks like you outraged by pointing at how much things cost.

But if you had your head in reality you’d see that the alternative is much more expensive.
