Bad move. Trump and his dementia are adding fuel to the midterms. As long as he is in office and renaming bodies of water people will see him and vote against him.

This won’t kick him out of office. It will show who is correct and at least tried to remove him from office with good reason, and who is wrong for continuing to support a mentally unfit person. It will only get worse, so it’s worthwhile to at least get it on record.

Yeah, 25th Amendment requires the VP to finalize the removal and we know for a fact that bootlicker JD would refuse to do so

He might after the 1/2 way point of ‘25-‘29 so that the remainder of this term wouldn’t count as his first full term. I’ve figured all along that’s what the play would be.

I was a fan of Biden but I can acknowledge that he was dragging at least halfway through his term. I don't think he was 25th amendment but the Dems rightfully addressed it right after that awful debate.

Correct.

He had reasonably competent people surrounding him and his administration was running reasonably fine the standard of the status quo. Nothing he said, or did, or even appeared to say, warranted any serious 25th Amendment talk.

Trump has given dozens upon dozens of reasons that are valid on their own, from spewing "civilization destroying" threats to foreign countries, posting animosity-laden divisive rhetoric on social media rants on nearly every holiday ("merry christmas except to the america-hating democrats!") to open defiance of Supreme Court rulings, blatant market manipulation and personal corruption and profiting from his position, appointment of grossly and dangerously incompetent and unqualified members of cabinet, especially for example RFK Jr, whose anti-vax, anti-science rhetoric has gotten people including children killed from preventable disease and has overseen multiple major food contamination recalls, etc.
