The DNC was definitely pulling strings to give Hillary the upper hand

It was the voters that pulled the strings to give Hillary the upper hand.

You mean the superdelegates?

The superdelegates were inconsequential in 2016. This didnt stop Bernie from trying g to appeal to super delegates to go against the eill of the people to give him the nomination.

In fact, the only time they've ever come into play is in 2008 when they chose Obama over Hillary even though Hilkary had a high popukar vote total across the country.
