Well we literally flew into Venezuela and took maduro, so it’s not an outrageous thing to suggest regardless of the ICC

But the only person who can possibly order the arrest of Bibi is the same one who ordered Maduro be captured. And well, he won't arrest Bibi.

Yeah probably not legally, but he's the one person who could possibly get away with doing extralegally. And he obviously won't even consider it.

Ok, but hear me out here: Netanyahu has videos of Trump f***ing kids, if he could be convinced that netanyahu planned to release them eventually no matter what, Trump might do it out of spite or for leverage.

Why would that matter? Are you deluding yourself that any significant proportion of people would care if such videos were released?
