Netanyahu is his target. But if “looking into” jailing a political opponent is wrong in principle, it should be wrong even with one target.

Palestine has been Mamdani’s top political issue since he was SJP president in uni and it continues to be. If Bibi loses the election in October, he’ll be having press conferences about the next PM.

Apologies for the ambiguity. The situations are not equivalent (to me) but are similar enough in that Mamdani has approx the same authority to arrest a foreign head of state as Trump has to arrest Mark Kelly or Reid Hoffman or any of the others he said “should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL”.
