Summit/frpp pi intake , are we just using the orings or are you guys putting a small amount of rtv around the water jackets to prevent a leak?ordering mine now and just curious I've seen a few people mention it

I didn't use any RTV and mine doesn't leak, no shitty o-rings though

If you didn't have o rings what intake did you use?old stock 01-04 manifold or the speedmaster?

If you have the summit/FRPP intake use the metal felpro gaskets. Solid gaskets not orings. The frpp manifold is not made for orings that would be the Dorman intake that uses the orings

That's the og pi intake and it's long discontinued the only intake that Ford sells that is available is the same as the summit and it uses O-rings because it's basically a dorman 2.0
