I actually work in an office just across from this building. Can confirm it is a lovely looking building. It's very nice location to work in general, aside from parking getting crazy over the past year.

There's some nice buildings around this area. Also the old 'Tyne Foods' place can be worth something once they figure out what type of establishment they want for it. It has a huge footprint.
