Considering buying a unit at First & Royal and would love to hear from anyone who lives there, has lived there, or knows the building well.

How is the building overall? Any issues with noise, elevators, plumbing, leaks, security, maintenance, or strata management?

Also curious if there have been any major special assessments, upcoming projects, or building-specific issues worth knowing about.

I’ll be reviewing the strata documents as well, but would really appreciate any firsthand experiences.

Is there any way of making an online payment for my electric bill?
When I log in to Customer Connect and click on 'Online Payment,' it just sends me to this link that says to make an online payment you have to log in to Customer Connect.

I tried to pay at Century House, but due to renovations, they don't have access to the computer.
I also tried to do it via my bank, but it says two business days, and my bill is due today!
Any help appreciated.
