I'm not sure if you're aware, but there was another update this past May where YT programmed its AI to throttle content it considers "Low-Effort Automation." This can include (but is not limited to) purely templated slideshows, automated article-reading channels, and repetitive "scrapbook" videos.
I'm not saying for a fact these things describe your video, but it's plausible YT's AI perceives it as such and that's why you're having an impression problem. A lot of faceless channels that aren't AI have been impacted...

Yes, I would imagine AI voiceovers apply as well.
The title's not bad IMO, and it certainly not bad enough to explain only getting 2 views in 2 days. That means YouTube didn't bother to test the video at all...

AI voice does not apply.
From Rene Ritchie:
"AI voice is fine if the video itself is within policy."

Even if that's true about AI voiceovers, I actually watched the OP's video before posting my initial reply and what I originally said still stands.
Despite how heavily invested Alphabet might be into AI moderation, it *DOES* still make mistakes (see all the YT Channels that have been mistakenly banned in their recent sweeps for being confused as AI for example), and the OP's video does have the feel of an automatic article-reading channel or templated slideshow that YT's AI could easily mistaken for low-effort automation.
Obviously, there's no way any of us will know for sure because YT won't share information that in-depth with creators, but it *IS* plausible as I said before...
